    Here, you will find a range of kundalini, yin, and restorative inspired movement, integrated with nervous system-building, mind-training, meditations, and visualisation practices.

    Beyond movement and meditation, the library also includes empowerment (pep) talks, guided journeys, self-inquiry prompts, and educational resources to deepen your connection to self and support your journey of transformation and homecoming.

  • Yes. Everything is on-demand. All live sessions are recorded and will be posted within 24 hours.

  • Your membership is designed to be intuitive and flexible—tailor it to your needs. Explore the categories, experiment with different practices, and follow what resonates. You can filter by theme, category or focus area to curate a practice that evolves with you. Whether you engage daily or drop in as needed, let it be a space that nourishes you.

  • You’re most welcome here! Practices within the studio is designed to be adaptable to your unique journey. Most of the meditation practices are in fact incredibly supportive for new & soon-to-be mothers. Many offerings can be tailored to support pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
