ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENTS  (online / in-person)     

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.  ​  We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be rescheduled at no additional cost.  Cancellations and/or rescheduling of your appointments can easily be arranged by signing into our website.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations and/or rescheduling of your appointments can easily be arranged by signing into our website. ​ 

Cancellations made within the 48hr period prior to the time of the booked appointment results 100% of the appointment fee applied. No shows also result in 100% of the appointment fee applied. ​ Clients who make a booking and subsequently fail to present for their designated appointment (and have not made contact to cancel or reschedule their appointment), results in 100% of the appointment fee applied. Should this occur more than once, the full appointment fee is to be paid at the time of booking for subsequent bookings.
