I acknowledge the Turrbal people, whose unceded lands on which I currently live & practice on. I pay my deepest respect to Elders past, present and emerging. The Land on which I reside always was and always will be First Nations land.​

I’d also like to acknowledge the lineage of the practices I work with and form part of my life and offerings - psychosomatic therapy as taught by the late Hermann Muller, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki lineage, and the Hatha, Kundalini and Yin Yogic traditions. These practices are ones that have served to transformed my life, I feel very grateful to practice and share in their richness with my practice. To all the teachers and mentors who have sat with and guided me with nurturance, kindness, words, wisdom and energy - I am eternally grateful. 

I would also like to honour my own lineage.

My Singaporean Chinese ancestors who came before, those that lived in Melaka, Penang Malaysia and in several parts of mainland China. Thank you for paving the way with your courage, your resourcefulness, your creativity, traditions and for gifting me access to the rich culture and roots that continually inform, shape and guide me in my life & practice.
