Service Description

A 2hr in-person deep dive journey designed to effect embodied shifts, transformation and integration physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and energetically. A session usually begins with a detailed check-in conversation to gain clarity on what’s presenting followed by discussion on some possible contributing factors (such as subconscious beliefs, conditioning, habits, deep seated patterns and behaviours). This discussion can include intuitive insight and explanation of the underlying energetics and how we can work to shift them. Techniques such as visualisation, guided meditation, inner child integration, shadow work, cord cutting and somatic inquiry can be used to further inform the topic at hand. The focused bodywork table-based session that follows incorporates an intuitive blend of emotional release bodywork / Hawaiian lomi lomi massage to help the physical, emotional and energetic body release of any stuck energy towards an embodied experience of alignment.  The session then concludes with space for sharing, reflection and take home actions. Each client and session is unique and the time allocation for discussion and table work differs. A regular bodywork based practice is best to support your nervous system to integrate the shifts and changes both internally and externally. This can be discussed with Jamie during the session or emailing prior. EXTENDED TIME ~ $140 / 60mins (pro rata) will be invoiced should we exceed our pre-paid time together. All sessions are to be pre-paid at the point of booking. All purchases are non-refundable, with a 48-hr rescheduling policy. ​ Cancellations/rescheduling made within the 48hr period prior to the time of the booked appointment results 100% of the appointment fee applied. No shows also result in 100% of the appointment fee applied - an invoice will be issued to be paid within 7 days. Thank you for respecting both our time and commitment to this work.
